Class teachers is appointed who will take care of students. Progressive report is to be prepared for the benefit of  faculties, departments and others.

·         Mechanism / Norms & Procedure for democratic / good Governance.

All norms of MSBTE relevance to curriculum ,assessments etc., are strictly followed .

·         Student Feedback on Institutional Governance / faculty performance.

Continuous  interaction between the class teachers and selected student representative will provide the feedback related to curriculum and extra curricular activities of the students including the performance of the faculties.  Then it will be referred to the head of depts..  If necessary, the matter will be forwarded to the head of institution.

·         Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students.

Continuous  interaction between the class teachers and selected student representative will provide the feedback related to curriculum and extra curricular activities with their grievances of the students including the performance of the faculties.  Then it will be referred to the head of depts., who will address the deficiencies.  If necessary, the matter will be forwarded  to the head of institution and find the solution.
